Massimo Gei (kuala lumpur, malaysia)
Topic 1: RENEWAL FRAMEWORK
Massimo is the Executive Director of Gospel City Network, the CTCAP affiliate network in Malaysia, and serves as a trainer with CTCAP. He is an elder at Gospel City Church, a church he co-planted in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in 2017.
Hailing from a mixed Malaysian and Italian background, Massimo was born in Melaka, and grew up in six countries. Before coming to faith, he worked in various sales and marketing positions. He then stepped into full-time ministry and pursed theological education at a local seminary.
Massimo is married to Gloria, who is a Director at one of the big four accounting firms and they are parents to one daughter. They are passionate to minister to young professionals, helping them find and live out their faith in their cities.
Andrew Katay (Sydney, australia)
Topic 2: HEART CHANGE
Andrew serves with City to City Australiap across denominational boundaries to be part of seeing a gospel movement take hold of cities across Australia, which is a driving passion for him.
Andrew is also a lead trainer with CTCAP and the Senior Minister of Christ Church Inner West, a multi-site church in Sydney, where he started serving over ten years ago. He has considerable experience in university ministries and has served as chaplain to Sydney University.
Andrew is married to Catriona and they have three adult children. Sharing the gospel, seeing God’s grace at work in the community of the church as well as in the wider community, and playing golf are some of the things that animate him.
Huai Tze Tan (singapore)
Topic 3: idolatry
Tze is the lead pastor of One Covenant Church in Singapore, a church he planted in 2016, and also serves as a trainer with CTCAP. He has a passion for preaching Christ from all parts of the Bible and for making connections between the good news of Jesus Christ and everyday life.
Tze grew up in Malaysia and before turning to pastoral ministry, he worked in the Ministry of Trade and Industry with the Singaporean government, and in IT Consulting with Accenture.
Tze lives in Singapore with Cindy, his wife, and they have two daughters.
Missy Wallace (nashville, usa)
Topic 4: FAITH | topic 7: INTO THE WORLD
Missy founded and leads the Nashville Institute for Faith and Work in the U.S. She became inspired to study faith and work in 2013 after working in corporate America and then the nonprofit sector for over ten years each and realizing that work can be a part of God’s unfolding story if we allow him to guide it.
Missy has worked at Bank of America in Charlotte, NC; The Boston Consulting Group in Chicago, Singapore, Bangkok, and New York; Time Warner in New York; and most recently, on the team that launched the high school division of Ensworth School, where she worked in various roles over a decade in marketing, admissions, and college counseling.
Her combination of corporate experience, advising capability, theological focus, and nonprofit development gives her the unique ability to help those in the trenches bridge the sacred-secular divide. She holds a BA in economics from Vanderbilt and an MBA from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern.
Missy lives in Nashville with her husband, her three teenagers, and her dogs.
Anand Mahadevan (MUMBAI, INDIA)
topic 5: REPENTANCE | topic 6: SONSHIP
Anand Mahadevan is the lead planter of New City Church in Mumbai, whose vision is to help more professionals in the city love Jesus more. Anand has been a business journalist for over twenty years. He has served in senior leadership roles with several publication companies for over 25 years, including Businessworld, Outlook Business, and The Economic Times.
Anand is bi-vocational and splits his time between his “work ministry” in media and his “church ministry” at New City Church Mumbai. He is the author of Grace of God and Flaws of Men. Anand also serves on the training team with CTCAP.
Anand lives in Mumbai with his wife, Ajitha, and their two children.
